Choosing Ross was your first great decision, now it’s time to make your second (followed by many many poor ones). Join some of last year’s Portugal and Panama Trekkers on an adventure through the legendary Isles of Greece.  We will soak in the sites, the sun, and party the night away in one of Europe’s hottest destinations and one of the best party countries in the world.  Get ready to venture through Santorini, relax and rage away the days on the pristine beaches in Mykonos, and sample some renowned Greek cuisine in Syros. Boat tours, biking, party beaches, gyros, grottos, and (some) culture await. There is no better way to spend your hard-earned government loan dollars.

This journey begins on the amazing island of Santorini and carries you across to Mykonos and Syros, with a grand finale in the remarkable ancient capital of Athens. Discover remote ruins, indulge in some alcohol fueled island-hopping, lounge on fabulous beaches, and delight in the outstanding scenery.

As an intro to the academic grading system at Ross – Low-pass, Pass, Good, and Excellent – we’ve decided to elucidate how versatile your Trek experiences can be using this tried and true scale. Explore, chillax, and “Paraty” in the world’s capital for hip-shaking, sun drenched fun! This Brazilian MTrek offers a not-to-be-missed combination of cultural immersion in one of Latin America’s aesthetically fruitful cities, relaxing beach time and outdoor exploration, and some of the best nightlife South America has to offer with the best MTrek leaders Ross has to show you how it’s all done. We will kick things off in style with a night in Rio de Janero (pack your dancing shoes and your best moves!). The next day we head to Paraty for some kayaking and jeep tours of the Brazilian coastal habitat. Midweek we escape to Ilha Grande for relaxing boating and hiking tours to some of Brazil’s most beautiful beaches! Wrapping up the week back in Rio with bike tours of the city, visits to Corcovado and Sugar Loaf, and our own private samba lessons we will leave the way we came: with Michigan pride, dancing for DAYS, and a dozen new friends!

Either way, the dollar is killin’ on the World market and will get you a whole lot of dong. We’re going to live it up like kings and queens — we’ll travel by train up the coast of the country, soaking in local villages,exploring ancient Pagodas, (booze) cruising the seas, caving, learning to cook, cycling around cities, dancing in the streets and eating every type of Pho we can find. Do you love the great outdoors? Then this is definitely THE Mtrek for you. This trip will take you hiking through the awe-inspiring landscapes of Banff National Park and Alberta’s Kananaskis Country. We’ll warm-up with day-hikes through amazing mountain scenery, exploring turquoise lakes and massive glaciers while returning to the cozy towns of Banff and Canmore each night. The second leg of our journey is a hike across the Wapta Icefields, a series of gentle icefields that stretch for miles across the Great Divide of the Canadian Rockies. We’ll stay in well-equiped alpine huts en-route like true mountaineers and guided by experts who’ll show us this complex and majestic environment up close. The trek will end with a day to explore the city of Calgary. So, if you want to be immersed in natural wonder and burn a couple thousand calories join us on this unforgettable journey!
